Question: May I transfer or upgrade my ticket to another person?

Answer: You can sell or transfer tickets to someone else. You can log into your ticket account at events.com and change names on your tickets. If available, any ticket upgrades will need to be handled at the event guest registration area (any upgrades would be based upon availability at time of request).

 

Question: What is the refund policy?

Answer:  This event has a strict No Refund policy for any reason whatsoever - all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. This includes illness -- Covid, RSV and flu included.

 

Question: What is the layout of the event and seating arrangements?

Answer: This is an open air, general admission style event. There is no seating.

 

Question: What is the dress code?

Answer: Beer casual!

Question: Are pets allowed?

Answer: Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Question: I'm a designated driver. Can I bring a water bottle into the event?

Answer: Unfortunately, we cannot allow any liquid containers into the event. There will be non-alcoholic drinks for sale, along with multiple food types.

 

Question: What is the typical makeup of attendees?

Answer: The event typically attracts a 21 to 65 year old crowd. Anyone over 21 years old is welcome. 

 

Question: What is the age minimum for this event?

Answer:You must be at least 21 years of age to enter.  No one under 21 will be admitted, so please do not buy tickets if you are not 21, and yes, that does include infants in strollers!  Every attendee must have a valid photo ID & DOB. There are no refunds for any reason.

Question: What are the street closures for this event?

Answer: El Cajon Blvd Eastbound will be closed from Florida St to Texas St. Also, Louisiana and Mississippi Streets will be closed between El Cajon Blvd. and Howard Ave. Closures are from 6am to 6pm. Westbound traffic on El Cajon Blvd will not be affected.

Question: What are the covid-19 restrictions for this event?

Answer: We strongly suggest vaccination and booster for all attendees. At this time, there are no restrictions to attend this event. BUT, should anything change, we will follow the guidance of CDPH, City, County and State health departments on the date of the event.
